Mark and his crew were amazing as our luggage was always waiting for us as we got to our next location.

Excellent service, and Mark went above and beyond to become my personal hero!!

One of our B&B bookings forgot we were coming and Mark showed up to deliver our bags.  OH-OH!

Mark called me immediately to let me know of the snag, then went online and found us another spot for the night.

He was not going to abandon us and leave us stranded. He then arranged for our bags to be delivered to our Hotel and had us picked up on the way to be sure we got there to confirm the new arrangement.

AWESOME.  Who else looks after anyone like that.

My brother Doug and I want to thank you for your “above and beyond” service to us on our recent hike along Hadrian’s Way.  As you might recall, we were unable to contact or get into our hotel room in Corbridge, and we met you at the Golden Lion after Adrian the manager kindly contacted you. After working your network of contacts, you managed to track down the hotel manager and get us in that night. You literally saved us, and we cannot express in words how thankful we both are. My brother and I will only wish that we could return the favour.

I came from Italy to walk along the Hadrian’s Wall Path from Newcastle to Bowness-on-Solway.
I used the Hadrian’s Haul service to transport my luggage.
Booking was very easy: I sent an email with a list of the stops and immediately I’ve received the estimation of the service cost (which was very reasonable) and the confirmation.
Every day it was a pleasure to find my luggage already waiting for me when I arrived at the accommodation.

Our party of 12 was not straightforward as on most evenings we were spread around multiple accommodations. But of course all the bags turned up ahead of us every night. Everyone was delighted with the service.
